Kickboxing Club Fitness 🥊
This week, we are finally able to reopen our studi This week, we are finally able to reopen our studio for indoor workouts. We are super excited to teach in our space again and also offer our newest class, Power Kickboxing.
.
Our Power Kickboxing class will incorporate equipment such as battle ropes, weights, kettlebells and so much more to help build strength. 
.
We have a unique and effective circuit for our Kickboxing aspect of class to build power behind your punches and kicks. Our aqua bags now have a sensor that monitors the force behind each punch and gives you a punch count. This gives you the push and drive to hit the bag with power - increasing your strength and endurance. 
.
The KBXC team will continue helping each member at each station to ensure proper form.
.
We will continue both our outdoor and indoor classes. Outdoor will our Fitness Kickboxing, Functional training, Restorative Yoga. Power Kickboxing will be indoors with limited capacity. 
.
We are very thankful for all of your support and excited to back inside. It’s crazy to think that we’ve been open outdoors longer then we have been indoors. Again, thank y’all for the support during these crazy and trying times.

This video will show how to execute both step and switch left roundhouse.

If you are kickboxing with us outdoors or at home with a bag or no bag, this video is great to help you with the basic mechanics of executing the left roundhouse.
KBXC has rearranged our outdoor workout space to i KBXC has rearranged our outdoor workout space to improve and maintain physical distance. All equipment is facing outwards, away from each other and well over 6 feet apart to ensure confidence of a safe workout environment.

We also have reduced our capacity from 24 down to 16 to help create this spacing.

KBXC Live will offer body weight strengthening to resistance band and dumbbell training and variety of yoga classes.

Outdoor studio has been reorganized to increase physical distance between equipment, continuing of disinfectant after each use.

Wide arm push up + plank jack
Wide arm push up, hands wider then your shoulders. With your feet together bend elbows and drop body towards the floor without your shoulders going below your elbows. As you push up, open your feet wide, engage your core.

Work 4 sets of 30 seconds with 15 second rest between sets. Feel the burn in your upper body and have your core working!

Daylight savings has given us another opportunity to be creative. We wanted to continue giving that KBXC experience like you are inside our studio. We’ve taking our indoor studio vibe outdoors for a fun workout no matter how dark it is outside 🙂

Our 60 minute class consists of 4 elements.
.
1. HIIT training to strengthen 
2. Shadow boxing to help improve form, cardio and strengthen upper body.
3. Boxing on aqua bags to focus on punches, building strength in our core and upper body. Great cardio
4. Kickboxing on our 250 pound free standing bags strengthens full body including core and lower body. Helps increase your stamina, release stress and overall empowering!
