We understand if you’re not ready to step foot into our studio or maybe you live with someone who is at risk. BUT, that doesn’t mean your Fitness and Health hits the pause button.
Our online workouts don’t require any equipment and offer a variety of workouts so that working out at home won’t be boring.
You can work out with us, Monday-Friday, on Zoom. If you can’t make it live, you can work out at your convenience as you’ll have access to the recordings of the live workout in our private Facebook Group.
We offer 40-minute Strengthening Workouts with Functional bodyweight training that balances cardio, muscular endurance, and strengthening. We also offer a 60-minute HIIT & Kickboxing and a 60-minute Functional Training with Kickboxing. All of these workouts will have you feeling amazing.
